The Aesthetics of RAW, RAWISM
RAWISM combines "RAW" meaning unprocessed, with "ism" representing philosophy and principle. Our philosophy is to deliver the authentic taste of premium ingredients in the purest way possible.
Opened in 2023 in a Yeonnam-dong alley, RAWISM The Black transcends being just a champagne bar—it's a space designed to craft sensory experiences. Using only same-day slaughtered Korean beef, we deliver freshness with body heat still intact.
Every dawn, we personally select the day's finest Korean beef and propose perfect pairings with sommelier-curated champagnes. We hope every moment at RAWISM The Black becomes a special memory.
